Position Overview

We're looking for a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction to join our team. As a Remote Customer Support Assistant, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints via email and chat in a timely and professional manner. You'll also provide product information, resolve issues, and answer questions to assist customers effectively.
