The Role

As a Part Time Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for processing incoming healthcare claim forms submitted by our clients, digitizing the claims using our designated format, and ensuring the accurate input of all claim details. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be essential in this role, as you'll be working to consistently meet our established keystrokes per hour or words per minute targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process incoming healthcare claim forms submitted by clients

  • Digitize claims using our designated format

  • Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

* Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to problem-solve and work in a self-guided manner
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
