We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fresher|International Voice|Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Fresher|International Voice|Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and answering customer queries in a timely and accurate manner. Key Responsibilities
* Listen to customers' concerns, issues, and questions, and respond in a timely and accurate manner.
- Resolve customers' concerns and answer customers' questions to the best of your ability.
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers' complaints.
- Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Multi-tasking abilities.
- Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
* FRESHER AND EXPERIENCE / GRADUATES AND UNDERGRADS IN BANGALORE AND HYDERABAD CAN APPLY.
- Location: BANGALORE / HYDERABAD.
- Openings available: Process - International Voice Process (3 months Contract).
- Qualification: Any Graduates / 10+2.
- Salary: 23K In Hand (30k Relieving bonus).
