Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leveraging advanced data science, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques to drive business growth and improve customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building and deploying machine learning models using technical expertise in device learning, statistical modeling, chance and choice theory, and other quantitative strategies
- Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, researchers, software developers, and business leaders to define product requirements and provide analytical support
- Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and customers
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, and adapting to new modeling techniques and procedures
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering
- At least 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
- Advanced experience in SQL, Python, PySpark, or other programming languages
- Experience working with large-scale, complex data sets to develop and optimize machine learning models
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as Azure or Databricks
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering
- Experience working with IoT and Edge AI
- Experience in healthcare or a related field
- Strong experience with reinforcement learning and A/B testing
