Role Description: We’re seeking a motivated Sales Partner with a strong background in biology and proven expertise in lead generation to join our team. This commission-based role is ideal for someone passionate about biotechnology and synthetic biology, who has excellent communication skills, and genuinely cares about people. The candidate should be quick to learn, capable of working independently, and committed to supporting the long-term outlook of the company. Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Expertise: Utilize your knowledge and experience to source and develop leads independently in the biotechnology, synthetic biology, and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Assist in refining and polishing our sales processes, bringing in your experience to enhance efficiency.
  • Consulting Support: Participate in fulfilling consulting deliverables for our clients as needed.
  • Business Innovation: Innovate and contribute ideas to expand business operations and explore new market opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Representation: Uphold and promote Fruitionary’s values and vision to prospective clients. Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Strong background in biology through university education or career experience (bio education is crucial).
  • Lead Generation Skills: Demonstrated knowledge and experience in lead generation techniques and strategies.
  • CRM: Must be able to consistently stay on top of our Salesforce CRM reach-outs.
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the biotechnology, synthetic biology, or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and self-motivate.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Genuine care for people and a commitment to client success.
  • Adaptability: Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges and industries.
  • Process Improvement: Experience in polishing and improving sales processes.
  • Innovation Mindset: Ability to think creatively and contribute to business growth strategies. Compensation:
  • Commission-Based: This position is commission-only, with a commission paid out for each engagement.
  • Residual Income: Potential for residual income per engagement.
