[Remote] Business Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Campus4Tech is a company seeking to enhance its business analysis capabilities. The Business Analyst will gather and document business requirements, work closely with various teams to identify improvement opportunities, and support system implementation projects.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear functional specifications
- Work closely with business teams, product owners, and technical teams to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Create documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams
- Assist in analyzing data and preparing reports to support business decision-making
- Support system implementation projects by coordinating with development and QA teams
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews
- Help conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business needs
- Maintain project documentation and support communication between stakeholders and technical teams
