They are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter / Client Engagement Specialist to schedule appointments, generate leads, and manage client engagements, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to maintain accurate records and collaborate with the team to meet outreach goals.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm and semi-warm leads
- Follow up with prospects and past inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain simple CRM updates
- Attend weekly team/strategy meetings
Skills
- Must be based in Metro Atlanta
- Experience in Lead Generation or setting appointments
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for effective client engagement
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Must be 18 and able to pass background check
- Open to obtaining a Life Insurance License within 30 days
- Proficiency in CRM software or scheduling tools is an advantage
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles, especially in financial services, is a plus
