Claims Processor (12-Month Contract)
GroupSource LP is a company that partners with Canadian organizations to design and administer group benefit plans. The Claims Processor plays an essential role in the accurate and efficient processing of health and dental claims, ensuring timely and reliable service for members.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter claim information into the claims processing systems
- Process MPACS claims through data entry with a high degree of accuracy
- Review and release ClaimSecure audit claims
- Maintain quality standards while meeting productivity targets
- Support the Health & Dental Claims team with administrative tasks as required
- File claim documentation and correspondence as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements, including maintaining a maximum two-day turnaround time
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to support efficient claim processing
- Contribute to a productive and collaborative team environment while working toward individual productivity goals
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong data entry skills, including familiarity with number-pad entry
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency and productivity
