Insurance Agent Trainee- Farmers Insurance
Farmers District 40 & 94 is seeking motivated sales professionals to join their team as Insurance Agent Trainees. In this role, you will generate new business, sell insurance solutions, and build lasting client relationships while aiming to exceed sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads to generate new business and revenue
- Conduct persuasive consultations to assess and address client insurance needs
- Aggressively sell and cross-sell insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
- Build relationships for retention, conducting timely policy reviews and consistently upselling additional coverage
- Surpass individual sales targets to propel agency expansion
- Stay sharp on product knowledge, compliance, and market trends
- Harness CRM systems for lead management, tracking, and renewals
- Collaborate in sales strategy sessions and team meetings
