Escrow Assistant (hybrid)
ForFutures Financial, Planning, a financial advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services LLC, is seeking an Associate Escrow Assistant to join their team. This role involves supporting the Escrow team in a dynamic environment by assisting in the escrow process, communicating with customers, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, responding to lender and attorney requests, processing revisions/updates, and post-closing
- Communicate regularly with customers including answering calls and responding to emails
- Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
- Working with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, assisting customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous escrow-related experience
