[Remote] Case Management Attorney
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Jacoby & Meyers Accident & Injury Lawyers is seeking a smart and determined Case Management Attorney to join their growing team. The role involves reviewing and evaluating liability, building client relationships, conducting investigations, and drafting legal documents to ensure effective case management.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate liability, insurance availability, and treatment plan
- Build client relationships and communicate with clients and family members during pre-litigation
- Conduct investigations – collect and analyze evidence in order to determine all potential claims and liability, potential defendants, and insurance coverages
- Conduct legal research
- Investigate facts of loss, and research application of case law
- Analyze, manage, and review evidence to assess liability and determine case plan
- Draft government claim forms and demand letters
- Communicate with adjusters; draft correspondence as needed
- Serve as a backup resource for case management leadership, providing support as needed and assisting with client intake calls
Skills
- Licensed attorney in Washington
- Working at a PI firm for 1 year
- Work well with others and have strong communication skills
- Work well under pressure
- Organized
- Good at multitasking
- Eager to learn
- Excellent customer service skills
