Minimum 2+ years of loan processing experience. Technical Skills:Mortgage application processing (pre-submission and post-settlement).
Financial analysis: Assessing client finances, preparing financing strategies, analysing financial statements and tax returns.
Compliance and lender application preparation.Ability to manage deals from submission to formal approval.
