Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Product Manager to lead and drive the development of our contact center platform. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for defining and delivering product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with arenaflex's strategic objectives and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and operations, to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations
- Define and prioritize product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that customer needs are met
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and release notes
- Work closely with our design and engineering teams to ensure that products meet arenaflex's high standards for quality and usability
- Collaborate with our data analytics team to ensure that product decisions are informed by data-driven insights
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure that our products meet arenaflex's standards for quality and innovation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our products
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer-centricity and customer experience
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform product decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience working with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Jira, GitHub)
- Strong understanding of customer support and customer experience principles, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Experience working with cloud-based contact center platforms and CRM systems (e.g., CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with arenaflex's products and services
- Familiarity with arenaflex's technology stack and infrastructure
- Experience working with external partners and vendors to deliver high-quality products
- Strong understanding of data analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change and innovation within arenaflex
