Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll be responsible for proposing new alternatives to identify candidates, identifying opportunities for improvement in our current processes, managing job postings on various portals, and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for our open searches.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches. - Propose new alternatives to identify candidates. - Identify opportunities for improvement in the area's current processes. - Manage the notices in the different job portals with which we work and evaluate the candidates that apply to them. - Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open.
Essential Qualifications
- Proactivity and the ability to work in a team. - Paying close attention to detail in daily tasks. - At least one year of previous work experience (a plus). - Advanced English level.

- Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field. - Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
