Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team by researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including basic computer skills, data entry experience, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities

* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner

• Utilize Microsoft suite to perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a health care or health insurance environment

• Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
• Data entry and/or typing experience
• Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft suite
• Detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

• 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
• 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
