The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a collaborative team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing quality customer service through voice and chat interactions, resolving issues, and promoting our services
- Maintaining strong knowledge of our wireless products, accessories, and pricing plans
- Establishing long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional service and one-call resolution
- Identifying opportunities and providing feedback to improve customer service, performance, and efficiency
- Transforming into the best customer support advocate in the business, engaging with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues

Ideal Candidate
We're looking for individuals who possess a customer-first mindset, a strong sense of pride in assisting customers, and a willingness to learn and grow. While prior experience in the wireless industry is a plus, it's not a requirement. We're committed to providing training and development opportunities to help you succeed in your role.
Requirements
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Awesome attitude and a customer-first mindset
- Desire to work in a collaborative team environment
- Related customer service experience and/or training is a plus
- Experience in the wireless industry is a plus
- Familiarity with wireless devices and their functions
- Familiarity with the process of changing wireless providers
- Strong sense of pride when assisting customers with pricing, wireless devices, services, and products
- Adaptability to different work environments
- High engagement throughout the entirety of your shift
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings
- Ability to smoothly operate Windows OS desktop computers
- Ability to multitask and effectively problem solve; speaking with customers while logging information, following different processes, and navigating customer tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Willingness to proactively communicate problems back to the business
- A desire to continually improve and an openness to being coached and developed
