Essential Job Functions
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Demonstrating a high level of customer assistance by phone and in-person
- Receiving and recording payments in customer accounts
- Marketing to current and former customers over the phone and in-person for additional business
- Maintaining and securing cash drawer and accounting activities (i.e., balancing and preparing deposits)
- Performing office administrative activities, including checking branch mail, filing, office supplies, etc.
- Investigating credit and processing loan applications
- Performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Effective communication and time management skills
- Reliable personal transportation with insurance
- Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Previous customer service experience in a financial institution or related field
- Knowledge of consumer finance products and services
- Experience with cash handling and accounting procedures
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
