Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, email, and chat support. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate information about their healthcare plans, benefits, and services. Your expertise and knowledge will empower our customers to make informed decisions about their healthcare, while also promoting arenaflex's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers, providing timely and accurate information about their healthcare plans, benefits, and services

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide product and service information, answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and developments

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and teams
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field, such as insurance, medical billing, or patient advocacy

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
