Job Overview
As a Customer Experience Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional in-store experiences for our customers. You will be responsible for providing outstanding sales assistance, meeting sales targets, and creating memorable interactions with every customer. Your progress will be gauged by your personal objectives, productivity, and ability to deliver a memorable in-store experience for every customer.
Responsibilities
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and work collaboratively with colleagues to provide excellent sales assistance
- Meet sales targets, create memorable customer interactions, and meet operational standards
- Ensure you are on track to achieve your personal and professional objectives through a strategic approach and devoted mindset
- Engage with each customer by inquiring about their needs through open-ended questions
- Acquire and disseminate product knowledge and trends to suit customer requirements
- Demonstrate knowledge of all product information, including current and forthcoming product developments and industry trends
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to establish a workplace where everyone feels included and valued
Qualifications
* Retail experience of less than three years
- Deliver exceptional customer service by feeling confident and at ease when interacting with customers
- Motivated by the inspiration gained from interacting with customers and the excitement of sporting goods
- Ability to commence executing assignments or undertakings without the need for constant monitoring
- Availability during diverse schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is preferred
