Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them excel in their roles
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and retention
  • Ensuring operational excellence and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes
  • Analyzing data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and senior leadership

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or customer service
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a focus on leadership and team management
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • USPS clearance or the ability to obtain USPS clearance
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the airline industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA) and corporate policies and procedures
  • Experience with functional automation applications and organizational systems
  • Previous experience as a customer service manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
