Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional technical support to arenaflex crewmembers, including troubleshooting complex issues and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.

• Maintain and update client access, ensuring that crewmembers have seamless access to arenaflex systems and applications.
• Collaborate with all Data Innovation (IT) disciplines to achieve first-contact resolution with all issues.
• Maintain documentation of requests per arenaflex standards, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Maintain and update information base documentation with the most significant data.
• Organize reaction for significant occurrences and blackouts.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Least Experience and Capabilities:
