Job Overview
As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you'll be responsible for supporting crucial data enrichment initiatives for a respected healthcare client. Your primary duties will include:
- Engaging in both voice and non-voice processes as required
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and respect
- Verifying information provided by third-party sources using online databases for accurate cross-verification
- Reviewing and fulfilling enrichment tasks as outlined by the client during training sessions
- Conducting data entry, verifying vendor resources, checking board certifications, and following up with various state boards for updates
- Ensuring the timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of all tasks
- Being receptive to additional responsibilities as needed
Key Responsibilities
* Engage in both voice and non-voice processes as required

Required Skills
* Willingness to participate in both voice and non-voice processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt and manage changes in processes and information effectively
- Capacity to work both independently and as a collaborative team member
- Proficiency in computer usage and technology is advantageous
Qualifications
* Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or comparable customer service roles is preferred
- Availability to commit to 40 hours per week, with the ability to start immediately
- Must possess a reliable work-from-home setup, including a stable internet connection
