Job Summary

We are looking for a highly competent Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through phone and email interactions. Your primary goal will be to achieve excellent customer satisfaction, drive business growth, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products and services
• Place orders for parts and consumables, and create price quotes for services as needed
• Assign field technicians to sites and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless customer service
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Availability to work 11pm-7am EST, Monday-Friday

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer service role in a remote or virtual environment

• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
