Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will:

  • Act as the First Line of Support: Provide timely and effective solutions to clients' software-related issues via email, phone, video chat, screen share, and other communication channels.
  • Screen Share to Review Customer Issues: Collaborate with clients to identify and resolve software issues, providing clear explanations and solutions.
  • Keep an Eye Out for Recurring Software Issues: Analyze and suggest improvements to prevent future issues, ensuring our software meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Software Updates: Continuously update your knowledge of our software and its features to provide expert support and guidance to clients.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Software/SaaS Support Experience: A strong background in software or SaaS support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in software and SaaS support tools, including CRMs, WealthTech, Jira, Confluence, and other relevant technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience with the following technologies is a plus:

  • CRMs: Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, including their features and functionality.
  • WealthTech: Knowledge of wealth management software and its applications.
  • Jira: Experience with Jira, a popular project management and issue tracking tool.
  • Confluence: Familiarity with Confluence, a collaboration and knowledge management platform.
