Our Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics (CIMA) team is a key component of our Disney Parks, Experiences and Products (DPEP) segment, impacting fact-based and consumer-centric decision-making with integrated, objective, and insights. We are committed to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth, and we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist.

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Developing Marketing Mix Models for various business devices
• Transforming version outcomes into insights to assist colleagues in understanding historical media effects and trends in media performance
• Developing and delivering productive, insightful analytic displays that offer consultative paths to key colleagues
• Building diverse statistical models for arenaflex business devices and business problems
• Performing exploratory data analysis to gain insights into business operations and to validate data

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with diverse analytic, data mining, and system knowledge methodologies, including multivariate regression, combined models, clustering, time series regression, and forecasting
• Proficiency in R or Python for data mining
• Excellent written and verbal skills, including the ability to summarize and present advanced analytics to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• High scalability with the use of R or Python for data mining
• Prior work experience within a media business or analytics consulting firm
• Knowledgeable in marketing or media blend modeling
• Expert in advanced data mining and statistical methodologies
• Experience with SQL and relational databases

Required Education

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

• Master's degree or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, economics, data mining, computer science, engineering, or operations research

Preferred Education

While not required, a Ph.D. or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, economics, data mining, computer science, engineering, or operations research would be highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay for this role will be commensurate with your experience and qualifications. A bonus and/or long-term incentive devices may be provided as part of the compensation package, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
