Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat to provide support and solutions to their inquiries
  • Responding to customer messages promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to product functionality and customer accounts
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of inquiries and resolutions
  • Collaborating with the customer service team to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments
  • Providing product information, recommendations, and guidance to customers as needed
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
  • Proven experience in a customer support role, with live chat experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
