Job Description

As a Licensed Insurance Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for connecting with customers over the phone to assist them with filing claims, setting up vehicle repairs, and communicating with medical providers and law offices. Your role will involve:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Filing and documenting claims for accidents
  • Assisting customers with vehicle repairs and rental car arrangements
  • Communicating with medical providers, law offices, and insurance providers
  • Resolving and de-escalating customer issues calmly
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

Key Responsibilities

* Connect with customers via phone to file and document claims for accidents

  • Assist customers with vehicle repairs and rental car arrangements
  • Communicate with medical providers, law offices, and insurance providers
  • Resolve and de-escalate customer issues calmly
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

Essential Qualifications

* Active Adjuster Insurance License

  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient typing skills (minimum 25 wpm)
  • Familiarity with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent logical problem-solving and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of insurance industry practices and procedures
  • Familiarity with claims handling and processing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
