Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team and help us manage our Google Translate operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, gathering and analyzing data, and driving process improvement through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with a team of designers and organizers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC)
- Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, gather and analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders
- Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
- Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business suggestions based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to improve
- Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless collaboration and communication
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, data science, business administration)
- 3+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners
- Experience with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and tools (e.g. Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services)
- Strong understanding of data governance and compliance principles
- Experience with data visualization and storytelling techniques
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement business strategies based on data insights
Skills and Competencies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners
- Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices
