Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to all clients with a customer-comes-first attitude
- Demonstrating the ability to write well professionally and work with different departments to resolve issues as they arise
- Responding to emails in a timely manner
- Achieving quarterly customer satisfaction goals and scores
- Understanding how Operations flows
- Mastering internal communication platforms
- Being a well-rounded individual by mastering mail processing and data entry to understand our services and what is offered
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A minimum typing speed of 60 WPM
- A passion to continuously improve and learn
- A college education or currently enrolled in College
- A passion for communication or willingness to learn
- The ability to solve problems and provide resolutions
