We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for updating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on our company databases and computer systems. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
  • Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
  • Scanning documents and printing files, when needed
  • Keeping information confidential
  • Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files
  • Complying with data integrity and security policies
  • Ensuring proper use of office equipment and addressing any malfunctions

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of spreadsheets and online forms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
