The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our brand, answering inbound customer calls, and providing personalized solutions to unique situations. You will work from the comfort of your own home, handling a high volume of customer inquiries, and making a real impact on our customers' lives.

Life with arenaflex as a Customer Service Representative

* Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively

  • Personalize the experience for each caller, building trust and loyalty
  • Answer incoming calls, confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
  • Opportunity for advancement across the entire arenaflex network
  • Work a set schedule and structured day, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Bilingual Specialist opportunity for those fluent in Spanish and English

Compensation and Benefits

* Starting rate of $15.00/hour, with automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years

  • New! Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members
  • Comprehensive training program, including paid training period and ongoing support
  • Opportunity to work in a virtual environment, navigating multiple systems and screens
  • Troubleshoot own technical problems, with support from our IT team when needed
  • Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
  • Reside in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia

System Requirements

* Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years

  • Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
  • High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
  • Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported

Training Schedule

* Paid training period, with attendance and participation required

  • First day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up
  • Orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:30 pm ET
  • Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ
