Job Summary

As a Sr. RTA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our global workforce. You will be responsible for real-time monitoring of service levels, managing operational KPIs, and site-level performances. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and optimizing our operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and analyze real-time data to ensure effective management of incoming and outbound phone, chat, and email volumes

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service levels, occupancy, PTL, utilization, and other operational metrics
  • Collaborate with network POCs (WFM and Ops) to identify gaps and opportunities that impact operational metrics
  • Ensure timely closure of all planning-related activities, including training, QA requests, holidays planning, shift rollovers, and BCP planning
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Mentor and develop fellow RTAs with WFM required skills and knowledge
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve metric performance and drive business growth

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in Workforce Management, Operations, or a related field
  • Proven track record of analyzing and interpreting complex data to drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience with WFM tools and technologies, including forecasting, scheduling, and performance management

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management, Operations, or a related field
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Certification in Workforce Management, Operations, or a related field
  • Experience with arenaflex's WFM tools and technologies

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with WFM tools and technologies, including forecasting, scheduling, and performance management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth
