As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional live chat support to our subscribers, accurately entering and maintaining subscriber information and interactions into our database system, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the overall subscriber experience. Key Responsibilities

• Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve subscriber concerns, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all interactions and transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve the overall subscriber experience.

Essential Qualifications
