Job Summary

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships, and driving business growth. Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client

  • Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide guidance on policy services
  • Maintain accurate records, update customer information, and ensure seamless communication with internal teams

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

* Texas General Lines P&C license or willingness to obtain (arenaflex will provide support and resources to help you achieve this goal)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Self-motivated and people-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficient in using computer and telephone systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in insurance or customer service, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services

  • Knowledge of computer and telephone systems, with experience in using CRM software and other industry-specific tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving business objectives
