Job Summary

As a Social Media Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about Disney offerings while maintaining the company's high standards of service. You'll work under 4 hours a day, enjoying flexible working hours and the ability to work from home. Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and respond to customer queries on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies

  • Provide insights and feedback on social media strategies based on customer interactions

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus

  • Proven experience in customer service or social media management is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their analytics
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Detail-oriented and possesses strong problem-solving skills
