Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our prior authorization processing system. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless data capture, processing, and delivery to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, are detail-oriented, and possess excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter data from scanned and/or processed images into the data capture system with high accuracy and efficiency

• Meet expected hourly production volume goals while maintaining quality levels above minimums set by management
• Increase speed and difficulty of tasks as expected with training and practice
• Maintain awareness of and actively participate in the Corporate Compliance Program
• Maintain a neat and orderly workstation
• Assist with other projects as assigned by management
• Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality
• Work comfortably in a production environment with minimal supervision
• Possess proficient typing skills (35wpm / 98% accuracy minimum) and basic math skills
• Apply excellent organization skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and follow-up

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent

• Excellent data entry skills with a strong attention to detail
• Computer knowledge and proficiency in data entry software
• Basic math skills and ability to apply them accurately
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Reliable and prompt, with excellent attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field

• Familiarity with prior authorization processing systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
