Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our health care services. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to achieve a work-life balance while contributing to a leading health care company.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner
  • Resolving customer issues by providing accurate information, empathizing with customers, and escalating complex issues to appropriate departments
  • Providing information about products and services, processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information and ensuring accuracy

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple computer systems
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Experience in the health care industry is a plus but not required
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a health care setting
