Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing telephone assistance to Aetna Medicaid members and providers, addressing a wide range of inquiries, including eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. You will be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will work closely with our team to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming member and provider calls, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs

  • Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted)
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
  • Work from home and prove to be self-sufficient, with occasional commutes to the office in Princeton, NJ when necessary

Required Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent GED

  • Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form
  • Ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
  • Must be able to work from home and prove to be self-sufficient

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working remotely in a call center setting

  • Experience with Medicaid and Medicare
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences

Education

* High school diploma or equivalent GED

Pay Range

* The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $34.15, representing the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
