Job Description:

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers through live chat interactions. Your primary goal will be to assist customers in resolving their inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers through live chat to address their questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist customers.

  • Proficient in typing and using chat support software.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
