Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of arenaflex, fielding real-time calls in a virtual, call center environment from customers globally. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and providing solutions-oriented support to customers. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via live chat, resolving complex issues and providing solutions-oriented support to customers

• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
• Meet or exceed departmental goals and performance metrics

• Work a variety of shift assignments, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime peak periods

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or live chat environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
• Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and live chat platforms
• Availability to work a variety of shift assignments, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime peak periods

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or live chat environment, preferably in the e-commerce industry

• Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a similar e-commerce platform
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Experience working with high-end merchandise or luxury brands
• Proficiency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish
