About the Job

The Customer Administrative Specialist serves in a supporting role for Civilian Markets at the state and local levels. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales, account management, and building strong relationships with customers. As a Customer Administrative Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of products and services, develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex.

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Making outbound sales contact (including cold calling) and pursuing sales leads to develop a portfolio of buying customers
  • Accepting orders, closing sales, maintaining customer records, and completing required documentation
  • Identifying and qualifying prospective customers as well as recording sales prospecting activity in salesforce
  • Representing an assigned product line that may overlap other sales teams' territories, if applicable
  • Working with territory/account, product/services, or sales processes with limited complexity
  • Informing customers of new product/service introductions and prices
  • Maintaining communication with the Sales Director and Team Lead
  • Maintaining a proficient understanding of Accurint and the ability to demonstrate platform and discuss pricing plans

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • Basic functional knowledge and skills in selling and account management as well as the ability to deepen your knowledge of products and solutions
  • Ability to develop an understanding of key business drivers and apply this knowledge to your work
  • Ability to multitask and respond effectively to changing priorities and/or situations
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in use of Salesforce and other internal operational systems
  • Ability to present information in an appropriate style and make technical information clear
  • Ability to persuade others/clients in standard situations
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
