Job Summary

As an Online Customer Service Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences through email support, data entry, and product reviews. You'll work closely with our Chat Manager and Processing Department team to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. With our comprehensive training program, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through email support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Conduct data entry and product reviews to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Collaborate with the Chat Manager and Processing Department team to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Legitimate high-speed internet access and a reliable computer or laptop

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))

Compensation and Benefits
