Responsibilities

As an Experienced Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk / Remote, you'll be responsible for:

• Data entry and management, including data analysis and reporting
• Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 3-5 years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Nice-to-Have Skills

While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be an asset in this role:

• Experience in retail or a related industry
• Knowledge of data science and analytics tools and techniques
• Experience with SQL coding and Microsoft Access
• Strong understanding of merchandising basics and retail math concepts
• MBA or other advanced degree in a related field
