Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join our virtual team. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, empathetically, and professionally
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and personalized interactions
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and support processes

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business, communications) preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Basic math skills and ability to manage financial transactions
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Knowledge of the products/services offered by arenaflex is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer support or sales role

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
