Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts to drive success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data across various systems and platforms
- Investigating and resolving complex data-related issues, collaborating with internal teams to implement solutions
- Providing specialized expertise and guidance to internal teams on data management and analysis
- Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to improve business outcomes
- Collaborating with IT and other teams to ensure seamless integration of data systems and processes
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data management and analysis
- Directing regular reviews to ensure optimal utilization of data systems and processes
- Driving training and development initiatives to upskill internal teams on data management and analysis

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., business, software engineering, information science) preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in data management and analysis, with a strong understanding of data systems and processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex data-related issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in data management and analysis tools, including Adobe Experience Stage or similar platforms
- Experience with client information systems, such as Adobe Experience Stage or Salesforce C360, preferred
- Demonstrated history of successfully managing and implementing complex data-driven solutions
- Strong logical and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications and skills will give you an edge in this role:
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices
- Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools
- Familiarity with cloud-based data management platforms, such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
- Certification in data management or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional or Certified Analytics Professional)
