Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Customer Service and Operations Support

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working 8 hours per week. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing customer transactions, including ticket sales, printing, and reissue
• Managing the registration process, ensuring clients have the necessary documentation for travel
• Labeling luggage and performing lifting tasks, including moving luggage from scales to transport lines
• Practicing security-conscious behaviors in every operational cycle and system
• Utilizing computers to assist clients with seat availability, gate announcements, flight status, baggage handling, and loading processes
• Working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and relevant data entry software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Familiarity with English, both written and spoken, and Spanish, both written and spoken
• Ability to lift bags or objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift bags or objects weighing between 50 and 70 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
• Familiarity with airline operations and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
