Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, resolving issues and answering questions to their satisfaction

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards for customer satisfaction, first contact resolution, and chat volume

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a text-based chat environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide effective support
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and customer-centricity
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10+ hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
  • Reliable internet connection and compatible device (phone, tablet, laptop) for accessing chat platforms and social media
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling customer information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
