Key Responsibilities

As a Support Services Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service functions to guide website visitors to discover precisely what they're seeking on businesses' websites. Your tasks will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat on businesses' websites and social media platforms
  • Sharing relevant sales links and offering attractive discounts to customers
  • Collaborating with the arenaflex team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and helpful responses

Weekly Commitment

As a Support Services Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work between 5 to 40 hours a week from the comfort of your own home. This role offers remote work globally, with candidates from the United States preferred. You'll have the autonomy to manage your schedule and work at times that suit you best.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
  • Independence and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Meticulous adherence to instructions and a strong attention to detail
  • A minimum availability of 5 hours per week
