Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Pharmacy Technician/Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

* Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries

• Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times, ensuring efficient and accurate processing
• Clarify orders as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate with the Data Entry Manager and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to arenaflex's quality and compliance standards

Requirements

* Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License

• Previous experience in pharmacy, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and regulations
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications, as well as relevant pharmacy software and systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
• Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

Preferred Qualifications

* Frameworks/ECM knowledge, with experience in pharmacy software and systems

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
• Certification in pharmacy technology or a related field, such as PTCB or ExCPT
