Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our collaborative team, you'll be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctor's offices, processing claims, and ensuring document classification is completed and transmitted to clients. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service and communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Process documents electronically, including sorting, imaging, and archiving by form type

  • Make outbound calls to doctor's offices, as volume permits
  • Process claims and ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level
  • Receive, process, and ensure document classification is completed and transmitted to clients
  • Receive documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing
  • Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information
  • Classify documents based on contract requirements
  • Verify data from automated data extraction tools
  • Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level

Position Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalency

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word
  • Must have a secure workspace with high-speed internet
  • Must be able to pass a typing test
  • Must be able to sit for long periods and willing to work overtime if needed
  • Well-organized with strong computer typing skills for effective note-taking
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays if required

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or customer service

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in healthcare or insurance industry

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and coding
  • Experience with automated data extraction tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $46,600.00 - $63,250.00, based on experience and performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
